Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Deposit/Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the service package is required to book the session.

  • Balance Due: Balance is due at the time of the session. Should additional images above and beyond base price be selected payment is due for additional images at time of delivery.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Venmo, Paypal.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • The Client may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in forfeiting of any pre-payment, or depost.

  • If the Client cancels without rescheduling, downpayment will be forfeited.

  • Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will work together to reschedule in the event of weather issues.

3. IMAGE DELIVERY & RETOUCHING

  • The Client will receive agreed upon number of retouched high-resolution images as designated in the selected service package.

  • Additional images and/or advanced retouching may be available for an extra fee.

  • Raw/unedited files will not be delivered.

4. USAGE RIGHTS

  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional use (e.g., LinkedIn, company website, social media).

  • Photographer retains copyright to all images.

  • Commercial usage beyond self-promotion (e.g., advertising) must be negotiated separately.

5. MODEL RELEASE

  • Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. LIABILITY

  • Photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to digital files due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disaster). Liability is limited to the return of fees paid.

  • The Client acknowledges that participation in the photo session is voluntary and that Photographer is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the session, whether in the studio or on location.

7. IMAGE DELIVERY

  • Turnaround Time: 7 days from session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • File Format & Delivery: Digital files only, delivered via online gallery.

8. SESSION DETAILS

  • Arrival: Client agrees to arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session.

  • Studio Rules: No food/drink unless agreed, supervision of children, or pets unless pre-approved.
